When you register an account with us, we collect your first and last name, organization name (if applicable), email address, and password. When you purchase our Service, we also collect your delivery name and and phone number. We keep this information through pick up and disposal and for an additional period to respond to any inquiries from you.

When you contact us with question or concerns, we collect your name, your email address, the subject of your inquiry, and information about any questions or concerns you raise with us. We do not collect your credit card information or payment account information. Purchase of the Service goes through our payment processing vendor, who may maintain it for a period after purchase to process refunds and respond to your inquiries.

You may subscribe to emails from us to learn about improvements or changes in our Service.  When you click on a link in our emails to you, we track that click-through data. You may unsubscribe from these emails by clicking the “unsubscribe” link in them or by contacting us at info@toughstuffrecycling.com.

If you post material on our Website or social media platforms, we may collect your name, email address, the content of any of your posts or other submissions. We reserve the right to remove such material.
